Upcoming News for RoneyZone Radio - In 2007, you can participate!

Hey all! We are busy editing, scheduling new shows, and things are getting very exciting!

There are still some great One-to-One discussions that will be edited and released, like;

Chris Sonnenberg, a Disney animator that worked for Disney during its second Golden Age. We cover his past at CalArts (He attended classes with Genndy Tartakovsky) to his working at Disney Animation during the second golden age of hand-drawn animation. We also talk about how he felt about Eisner, Roy Disney, and his feelings of the shift to computer animation. There is so much more. It is a fantastic interview, and it is coming in February 2007. Don’t miss it.

The age of interactive podcasts is here. We are now using TalkShoe to include you, the listeners to our guests and discussions, like;

2007 Fan Audio Summit

Jason Pederson, a certified personal trainer. We will discuss fitness topics. We want you to be healthier, so if you have tips, questions or struggles- connect via TalkShoe and interact with us!

Jeanne Robinson, a travel agent with 40 plus years of experience in the travel industry. We will discuss questions like, ‘With great internet sites, do I really need a Travel Agent’, ‘Good places to visit in all seasons of the year’, ‘Cruises 101′, and ‘Traveling in a post 9/11 world’. If you have great travel tips, stories or questions- connect via TalkShoe and interact with us!

RoneyZone Radio future show announcement- 2007 Fan Audio Summit

The 2007 Fan Audio Online Summit is coming!

On January 14th, 2007 at 6:00 PM EST (Please adjust time for your specific time zone), I will hold the first Fan Audio Online Summit.

It will be a chance for many subgenre groups (StarWarsFanworks, Pendant Productions, FanAudio.com, and hopefully more) to; Get together, Give us a state of their group, give us a sneak peek into projects for 2007, let individuals pitch their specific project ideas, allow all of us to be aware and give assistance to these other groups.

Not only is it unprecedented that we all come together, but I will also be using a new interactive podcast solution, called TalkShoe, which will allow real-time verbal or chat interaction.

I would highly recommend that you go to talkshoe.com right now, register (It’s free), and download the Talk Show live application, so it will be much quicker to get in for the show. My show is called RoneyZone Radio Chat. My show page is here (See the Fan Audio Summit show listed there):

http://www.talkshoe.com/talkshoe/web…?masterId=9490

There are two ways to enjoy the 2007 Fan Audio Summit on TalkShow.com-
Listen, or Participate;

If you would like to just listen and chat, you would just use talkshoe.com to
connect to the Summit when it is live. That’s it- but

I would recommend getting setup to participate.

To participate, when you connect to our show, you will be given a phone number that you would dial, and not only can you hear the show, but you can also request to ask a question or give a comment live on the show. Now, this is important- all the phone numbers they offer are Pennsylvania area codes, so, to save to money, I recommend using Skype. In a basic explanation, Skype uses your computer to dial phone
numbers.

To get setup on Skype, go to skype.com, and register. Download the application, and connect and test. You will need a USB computer headset to use Skype. Also, Domestic calls to the US and Canada are free until the end of the year.

Note: If you know of other Fan Audio groups not listed here, feel free to let them know as well.

Note: The purpose of this is to promote Fan Audio Drama or comedy projects, but doesn’t include podcasts. We can hold a separate online meeting for SW podcasts in the future if there is a demand for it.

I know this was a lot of information, but this will give you all the tools you will need to join us for the FA Summit. See you then, Jeff.

If there any questions, please email jeff.roney@gmail.com.
